In our work together, I strive to create a safe and supportive space where you feel truly seen and heard. Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you—it’s about helping you reconnect with your inner resilience, gain clarity, and move toward the life you want to create. Together, we’ll focus on practical strategies for today’s challenges while also exploring the deeper patterns that may be holding you back.
My specialties include supporting individuals with anxiety, self-esteem and confidence, and relationship issues. I also work closely with clients experiencing stress and burnout, life transitions, grief and loss, trauma (both past and recent), and those who feel stuck or unfulfilled but are ready for personal growth and self-discovery.
I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered and Humanistic practices, Strengths-Based perspectives, Mindfulness-based techniques, and Trauma-Informed Care. Each session is shaped by your needs, ensuring the work we do feels relevant and supportive.
I welcome adults and teens (14+) and work with individuals, couples, and families. My practice is affirming, inclusive, and open to people from all backgrounds and experiences. Wherever you are in your journey, I am here to walk alongside you as you take the next step.
